Lifetime Earning Gaps Still Wide

Recent data shows that the lifetime wage earnings for women remain significantly below that of men of the same education level, with women earning about 25% less than men at the same educational level. What's more, the benefits of education also vary by race and ethnicity. Non-Hispanic Whites earn more money than any other race or ethnicity at every educational level, with Asians only exceeding Whites at the very highest educational levels.
